  1. Payment:

Payment terms and amounts are outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges. DOR’s Advertising reserves the right to suspend services for delinquent accounts.

  1. Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment, clients have ownership of the materials and assets created during the project. DOR’s Advertising retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.

  1. Confidentiality:

Both DOR’s Advertising and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of project-related information and materials.

  1. Termination:

DOR’s Advertising reserves the right to terminate the project and services in the event of client misconduct or failure to adhere to the project agreement.

  1. Warranty and Support:

DOR’s Advertising provides ongoing support and maintenance services upon request and may be subject to additional charges.
